We love spaghetti and this recipe is one of our favorite ways of making it. It is very simple and can easily be made in 1/2 hour.
Company Spaghetti
Meatballs: Creamy Alfredo Sauce:
1 lb ground beef 8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup margarine
1 egg 1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped onion 16 oz spaghetti, cooked and drained
1 qt pizza sauce
For meatballs mix all ingredients except for pizza sauce. Shape into 1 inch balls. Bake at 400* for 15 minutes. Mix with sauce and serve over spaghetti. While meatballs are baking, cook and drain spaghetti. Combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, margarine, and milk. Stir over low heat until smooth. Add spaghetti and toss lightly. Serves 8-10.
Add a tossed salad and garlic bread and you have a delicious meal. Also great for those nights when you don’t know what to make or need something quick.

I made this tonight for the first time and we all thought it was so good! I prefer it to regular spaghetti. It’s very filling too. Thanks for this new twist on an old dish!
