If you are looking for a new recipe for zucchini then this is a good one to try. I did not have any zucchini in my garden so I had to buy some to try this Rice Zucchini Bake.

Crockpot Zucchini Rice Casserole

2 pounds raw hamburger or loose sausage

4 cup zucchini, shredded

2 cups rice

2 tsp salt

4 chicken bouillon cubes

4 cups water

Mix everything in crock pot and cook on high for 4-5 hours. I didn’t have that much time so I precooked the meat and put the casserole on high for 3 hours.
