We all like to save money so we print as many coupons as we can each week. Did you know that there are also some simple things you can do when you print the coupons that will help you save even more?
There are many ways to save on paper. Check out different stores for the cheapest price. Off brand paper will work just fine for printing coupons. Also sometimes you can get cheaper paper if it is colored or on clearance. Right now I am using light blue or yellow paper and it works just fine.
I also keep a bin where I keep scrap paper or part sheets of paper. I also do a lot of shipping so when I print a label it is only half a sheet. The other half I keep on a stack and use them when I want to print just one coupon.
You can also save money on ink. Off brand ink or refills will usually work just fine and will be a lot cheaper. Also when you print coupons pull out the color cartridge and print them all in black and white. It is not necessary to have your coupons printed in color and it will save you a lot of money. Not all printers will let you do this so make sure you buy a printer that can.
Only print out coupons that you know that you will use. I rarely throw away coupons because if it is something I use then I try to use them before they expire. Printing lots of coupons and then throwing them away is a waste of paper and ink.
Printing coupons is a great way to save money on groceries. With printed coupons you can save 10.00-20.00 a week on groceries. My favorite places to print coupons are Coupons.com, Kelloggs family Rewards, and Betty Crocker. So go ahead and enjoy saving money while you print coupons.
