Most of the folks at our house enjoy ice coffee but I rarely make it. I’m not a big coffee fan but this Iced Chocolate Mocha Drink was super good.
Iced Chocolate Mocha Drink
4 cup brewed coffee
1/4 cup sugar
4 cup milk
4 cups chocolate ice cream, softened
In a gallon pitcher, combine coffee and sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Refrigerate for a few hours. Just before serving add milk and ice cream. Stir well. Fill cups with ice and pour drink on top. Delicious!
