Monkey Bread has always been a favorite after school snack. I plan to let my 10 year olds make it for snack some day soon. It is so easy to make. I like to buy my refrigerated biscuits at Aldi’s since they are only .49 there. Here is the recipe; 3/4 cup sugar 2 tsp. cinnamon 4 cans (7.5 oz. each) refrigerated biscuits 1/2 cup butter, melted 3/4 cup br. sugar First grease your Bundt cake pan and turn your oven on to 350. Open your cans of biscuits and cut them in quarters. Mix your granulated sugar and cinnamon in a 1 gallon bag. Put cut up biscuits in the bag and shake until well coated. Place the biscuits in your bundt pan. Mix butter and brown sugar and pour over biscuit pieces. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for a few minutes and then turn the pan upside down unto a plate. Pull the biscuits apart and enjoy. I didn’t have a bundt pan so I used my angel food pan. If you do that make sure to put a pan underneath as mine leaked and made the oven a mess. Would be wonderful served with coffee. (except that I don’t drink coffee!)
