We love these sticky delicious sandwiches. Makes a great meal when you pair it with soup on these cold evenings.
Poppy Seed Ham and Cheese Sandwiches
1 package of rolls ( or your homemade ones)
1 pound chipped ham
1 pound Swiss cheese (or your favorite)
Sauce: 1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 TBSP prepared mustard
1 TBSP poppy seed
2 Tsp onion flakes (optional)
Slice rolls and put bottoms in a pan. Layer ham and cheese on top and put the top of the rolls on. Mix sauce ingredients in a small saucepan and cook for 2 minutes. Pour over the top of the buns . Cover pan with foil and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
