We enjoy breadstick with our spaghetti or lasagna. This is a very simple recipe to make them and the ranch dressing adds a wonderful flavor.

Ranch Breadsticks

1 1/2 cup warm water

1 1/2 Tbsp yeast

1 1/2 tsp sugar

1 1/2 tsp salt

1 1/2 Tbsp oil

4 cups flour

Topping

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1 1/2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese

1/3 tsp garlic powder

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/3 tsp salt

1/2 tsp oregano

Mix dough and let rise for 20 minutes. Roll out on a greased 11”x 17” sheet pan. Spread ranch dressing over dough. Mix seasonings and Parmesan cheese and spread over dressing. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake 5 minutes longer. Use a pizza cutter and cut into bread sticks. Delicious with lasagna or  spaghetti.
