Here is a very simple recipe for some delicious bars. And they taste so good!

Twinkies

1 box cake mix, any kind

1 box instant pudding

4 eggs

1 cup water

1/2 cup vegetable oil

Beat all the ingredients together. Divide batter between two 15×10 cookie sheets lined with waxed paper or greased well. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. When cooled put a layer of icing on top of one cake then put the other cake on top. They are easier to do if you cut them in half. Cut into squares and enjoy.

Icing

3 cups icing sugar

1 1/2 cups shortening

1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

1/4 cup milk

Make your Twinkies then sit down with a cup of coffee or hot chocolate and enjoy.
