At our house we love ice cream so when we get snow we are anxious to make snow ice cream. We have tried 2 different recipes and have decided which one is better. The following is our favorite.

Simple snow ice cream

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1 teas. Vanilla

12 cups snow

Put snow in a large bowl and pour the milk over it as you stir. Stir in vanilla. Serve immediately. Add toppings and enjoy.

Here is another recipe that we use sometimes.

1 gallon snow

1 cup sugar

2 cups milk

1 tablespoon vanilla

Mix all ingredients except milk. Pour milk mixture over snow and mix. Serve right away. I think this one melts sooner but maybe it was because we served it with hot brownies.

So enjoy all the snow and make snow ice cream.
