I needed a suggestion for supper the other night and one of the girls suggested Stromboli. This is always a hit for our family but we rarely make it. It was enjoyed by all so I must remember to put it on the menu more often.
Stromboli
1 pkg yeast (1 tablespoon) Pizza sauce
1 cup warm water Ham and pepperoni
1 tsp sugar Cheese
1 tsp salt Onions and peppers
2 Tbsp oil Ranch dressing
2 1/2 cups flour Chicken and bacon
Mix the six dough ingredients and let rest for 5 minutes. Divide dough into 4 parts and roll each one in a circle. Spread pizza sauce or ranch dressing on one half of each circle. Add your favorite pizza toppings. Fold dough over and pinch the edges shut. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
This week we made some of the Stromboli with ranch dressing, chicken, bacon, and onions. They were so good that maybe next time we will make them all that way. So try your favorite toppings and see what you like best.

I will make it sometimes when I make bread. Just use some of my bread dough. Maybe I will have to try this recipe for supper tonight instead of making our usual Sat. night pizza
