The menu for this week is only until Friday as we were gone this past weekend. We had a wonderful weekend in the hills of Virginia with no cell phone service!
Monday
Bacon, pancakes, and cheesy eggs (Don’t you just love having breakfast for supper!)
Tuesday
Chicken strips (Use chicken breast strips and roll in 1 cup bread crumbs mixed with 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes.)
Homemade Mac and cheese
Lima beans
Wednesday
Taco salad (a favorite meal that I usually make when I don’t know what to make!)
Thursday
Pork loin (done in the Instant Pot for 30 minutes)
Boiled potatoes with gravy
Peas
