Monday
Beef roast baked with potatoes, gravy and beans
Tuesday
Chicken and rice (2 cups rice mixed with one can of mushroom soup, one can chicken soup, and one can water. Place in 9×13 inch pan and lay chicken legs on top. Bake at 350 for 1.5 hours.) Serve with peas and applesauce.
Wednesday
Chicken Cordon bleu Casserole. Corn and buttered noodles
Thursday
Green Bean Casserole, tossed salad
Friday
Pizza
Saturday
Served in buns

I’m not sure where it comes from. I usually use organic chicken that I can get around here for less then 1.00 a pound.
