My week was a busy week so we kept the menu quite simple.
Monday
Poppy seed chicken, southwest rice, corn
Tuesday
Meatballs, boiled potatoes, peas
Wednesday
Fish Sticks (Mrs Paul’s from the box!) Mac and cheese, baked beans
Thursday
Simple Sausage and Rice, (can you tell that this is one of our favorite quick meals?) Lima beans, applesauce
Friday
Grilled patty melts (hamburger with fried onions in a grilled cheese) chips, and lemonade
Saturday
Lasagna and corn
Poppy Seed Ham and Cheese Sandwiches
Sunday
And for a delicious snack. Frosted Cinnamon Rolls
