This past week my menus were short since we were gone for some of the weekend.
Monday
Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas, Southern Rice, and pinto beans
Tuesday
Sunday Italian Chicken, potatoes, and peas
Wednesday
Cheesey scrambled eggs, pancakes, and bacon (this was the meal that the junior cooks made since they didn’t want what I had on the menu!)
Thursday
Salibury steaks and gravy, potatoes, and corn
Snack of the week
